We offer Wood Shape Paint Parties, Painted Totes or Painted Pillow Parties and Wood Sign Parties. And our oh so popular glow in the dark parties! This information will help you to decide which party will inspire your Child and Birthday guests! Yes, we know....it's information overload, but more is better so that you are in the "know" for all the great choices we can provide. Kids say our Birthday Parties are the Bomb...and you know that kids just know these things!! All party types include 2 hours of exclusive use of our studio, access to our karaoke/game lounge and a logo shirt and swag bag for the birthday child! Your exclusive party also includes party setup, tear down and clean up. We will supply a non themed birthday banner, table cloths and paper goods (set of 24 non themed cake plates, napkins, forks and cups). *if you have themed paper goods you are welcome to bring them along to use.
Wood Shape (Door Hangers) Paint Parties
Wood Shapes - $300 + 20% gratuity - This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. The wood cutouts range in size but are approximately 11-12” depending on designs. Additional guest are $20 each.
Painted Totes, Pillows or Backpacks Party
Our Fabric painting parties are fun parties, but we recommend them for at least 8 and older as they are a little bit more of a mess potential.
Pillow painting party - $350 + 20% gratuity - This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $20. each. It is a 20” square fabric pillow cover and a pillow insert in white. Designs are then painted on the pillow cover. The designs can be any of our sign designs, or we can customize a design specifically for your event.
Canvas string back packs - $300 + 20% gratuity - This two hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $20 each. These canvas back packs are painted with the design of choice from our sign designs or we can customize a design just for your event.
Canvas Tote Bag - $300 + 20% gratuity - This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $20. each. The Canvas Tote is at least 12" square in either White or Natural. We reserve the right to use larger tote bags, if they are available. Designs are painted onto the totes. The designs can be any of our sign designs, or we can customize a design specifically for your event.
Wooden Sign Party
Our wooden sign parties are simply the bomb and lots of fun for kids to do. We create an awesome design or quote, scripture or custom design just for your party. A stencil is created and we guide your guest through the entire process from start to finish.
9" Square Wood Sign - $300 + 20% gratuity - This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $20 each. We have many designs to choose from (Initial, Pineapple, Mermaid tail, Unicorn, Emojis, Gamer, Name, Sports or Monogram) or we can custom create a design specific to your theme. You will stain your background and paint your design using our color bar. (If your party is for younger guests, we can stain the boards prior to the party to allow them more time to paint their designs)
12" Square Wood Sign - $350 + 20% gratuity - This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $25 each. You can choose from any of our square designs or we can custom make a design/quote for your birthday event. Recommended for ages 9 and older (Generally, kids this age ask for the larger signs, but it is not mandatory).
Black Light Glow Party
GLOW Party - $400 + 20% gratuity - Our NEW black light glow parties are so much fun and include a themed glow in the dark painting plus exclusive glow in the dark add ons!! This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $25 each. Each guest will create their own themed black light painting plus glow in the dark slime to take home. They will also receive a themed glow in the dark tattoo and light up accessories. This party is recommended for ages 8 and older.
We offer several add-ons to make this DIY party experience hands down the best party ever! Add-ons are priced per child but must be purchased for entire party.
Tie-dye shirts - kids will create their own colorful tie dye tee to take home with them. $20 per child
Slime Time - kids can create their own slime complete with DIY add ins and take home container. Slime can be themed to match the party theme. *premade slime with DIY add ins available for younger groups. $10 per child
Personalized jewelry kits - kids will receive their own personalized kit to create their own jeweled/beaded stretch bracelets complete with charms. $10 per child.
DIY wands- kids can create their own magical wand to top off any magical party experience. $10 per child.
Glitter tattoo- we can create custom glitter tattoos to match almost any party theme. These are safe, non toxic and washable but are always a party favorite. $5 per child.
Magical Mocktails- each child will receive a magical mocktail beverage topped with cotton candy in a specialty glass. $5 per child and includes beverage refills.
Custom party shirts - personalized or custom shirts for your party theme $20 per child

Additional Party Information (FAQ)
Don't worry, we can handle larger parties and have plenty of room for them.
To reserve your date and time, you must register to secure your party date online
If you do not know what type of party you want, you can still reserve the date/time and just let us know that you are still deciding. This will at least get the room reserved for your party.
You may arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your party to set up. The studio is one large room, so you will want all your decorations up before the guest arrival time. We will have an area for you to put food and an area for gifts.
Please make sure your guest know to dress appropriately for painting activities and to arrive on time. Due to scheduling, we can not delay starting the instruction time by waiting on guests. They will just have to jump in and start when they arrive.
IMPORTANT: If you are bringing outside food items that require additional paper goods please bring them along with you.
During the first portion of the party your child and their guests will work on their projects. Our instructors are fabulous and will guide and assist them every step of the way.
During the last portion of the party...it's your time to make them the STAR of the party! You are welcome to bring in any food items that you desire. We do recommend a cake, ice cream and pizza (Hungry Howies, Little Ceasers and Marcos deliver to our location).
While your birthday child and guest are eating cake and ice cream, or pizza, opening gifts and singing that "Happy Birthday song", we are the crazy magical artist behind the scene beautifying and putting the finishing touches on their DIY projects. We straighten lines, add embellishments, spray finish, add hangers etc. Before you leave, we take pictures and the kids leave with a beautiful party favor. We even clean up the mess for you! Trust us, you'll love us for that!
We have one Birthday Artist per 10 children at each event. Our studio can hold over 30 guests at a time. If a guest is under the age of 5, we ask that a parent/guardian stay with them to assist them, if needed.
Our birthday parties are in high demand and we fill our dates and times very quickly. To book a party, select the date/time to pay your deposit and secure your time slot. You can then contact us by e-mail or Facebook messenger to discuss the type of party you are wanting and the additional details that will be needed to make your child's Birthday magical.
Party type must be decided within 2 weeks of party date. We will invoice you for party balance and any add ons at this time. All parties must be paid in full at least 72 hours before your event. THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF PARTY IS CANCELED AT LEAST 3 WEEKS FROM PARTY DATE. Canceling your event within 3 weeks of your party date will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Any last minute guests can be added on and paid for the day of the event.
TIPS are never expected but always appreciated. If your party hostess(es) do a great job you can tip in cash the day of the event or send your tip to our PayPal at email@example.com (please include your hostess name or party).
