We offer so many types of parties. This information will help you to decide which party will inspire your Child and Birthday guests! Yes, we know....it's information overload, but more is better so that you are in the "know" for all the great choices we can provide. Kids say our Birthday Parties are the Bomb...and you know that kids just know these things!! All party types include 2 hours of exclusive use of our studio. Your exclusive party also includes party setup, tear down and clean up. **an extra hour can be added to party times based on availability (additional cost does apply)
Wood Shape (Door Hangers) Paint Party - $300
Our wooden shape party is always a kid favorite. These are wooden shaped cut outs and can be created in so many designs to suit your party needs. This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. The wood cutouts range in size but are approximately 11-12” depending on designs. Additional guests are $25 each.
Fabric Painted Tote Bag Party - $300
Our Fabric tote bag painting parties are so fun, we recommend them for at least 8 and older as they are a little bit more of a mess potential. This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $25. each. The canvas totes are approximately 12" square in white and designs are painted directly onto the totes.
Wooden Stencil Sign Paint Party - $300
Our wooden sign parties are simply the best and lots of fun for kids to do. We create an awesome design or quote, scripture just for your party. A stencil is created and we guide your guest through the entire process from start to finish. This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $25 each. We have many designs to choose from (Initial, Pineapple, Mermaid tail, Unicorn, Emojis, Gamer, Name, Sports or Monogram) or we can custom create a design specific to your theme. Guests will stain the background and paint the design using our color bar.
Canvas Painting Party - $300
Our canvas painting parties are so creative and lots of fun for kids to do. We create an awesome design just for your party. The designs are pre-sketched on the canvas and we guide your guest through the entire process from start to finish. This one is always a party favorite because kids love the creativity of “freehand” painting. This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $25 each.
NEW! Tie Dye Shirt Party - $300
Kids of all ages love to tie dye! It's so nostalgic and creative. We help your guests decide on a pattern they would like and help make that a reality with a shirt they will love to show off. This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $25 each.
NEW! Build a Buddy Party - $350
Build your own plush stuffed animal. Choose from so many options (cat, dog, teddy bear, cow, unicorn, hippo, dino, capybara and more). Guests will stuff their own plush and decorate a shirt for it. This two-hour party includes up to 10 guests including the birthday child. Additional guests are $30 each. Each guest will create their own stuff plush to take home with them.
Party Add-ons!
We offer several add-ons to make this DIY party experience hands down the best party ever! Add-ons must be purchased for the entire party.
Glow Party - NEW! Make any paint party a Glow Party! This add on will include the use of black lights and glow paints to create their DIY projects . $100
Personalized birthday banner and balloons - personalized hand painted birthday banner and bundle of latex balloons. $75
Slime Time - kids can create their own slime complete with DIY add-ins and take home containers. Slime can be themed to match the party theme. *premade slime with DIY add-ins available for younger groups. $50 for up to 10 guests. $5 for each additional guest.
Sand Art - Kids will create their own sand art to take home with them. So fun to create and makes a great party favor. $50 for up to 10 guests. $5 for each additional guest.
Personalized jewelry/keychain kits - kids will receive their own personalized kit to create their own jeweled/beaded bracelets or keychain complete with charms. They can create it here or take it home as a favor. $50 for up to 10 guests. $5 for each additional guest.
Additional Party Information (FAQ)
To reserve your date and time, please contact us to register to secure your party date with a $50 deposit. Party dates/times are limited.
If you do not know what type of party you want, you can still reserve the date/time and just let us know that you are still deciding. This will at least get the studio reserved for your party time. You can then contact us by phone, e-mail, Facebook messenger or text to discuss the type of party you are wanting and the additional details that will be needed to make your child's Birthday magical.
Party type/theme must be decided within 2 weeks of the party date. We will invoice you for party balance and any add ons at this time. All parties must be paid in full at least 7 days before your event. Any last minute guests can be added on and paid for the day of the event.
THE $50 DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE IF PARTY IS CANCELED. Canceling your event will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
DAY OF PARTY
You may arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your party to set up. The studio is one large room, so you will want all your decorations up before the guest arrives. Please make sure your guests know to dress appropriately for painting activities and to arrive on time. Due to scheduling, we can not delay starting the instruction time by waiting on guests. They will just have to jump in and start when they arrive.
IMPORTANT: If you are bringing outside food items that require additional paper goods please bring them along with you.
During the first portion of the party your child and their guests will work on their creative projects. Our instructors are fabulous and will guide and assist them every step of the way.
During the last portion of the party...it's your time to make them the STAR of the party! You are welcome to bring in any food items that you desire. We do recommend a cake, ice cream and pizza. (Unfortunately pizza delivery to our home location is not available).
While your birthday child and guests are eating cake and ice cream, or pizza, opening gifts and singing that "Happy Birthday song", we are the crazy magical artist behind the scene beautifying and putting the finishing touches on their DIY projects. We straighten lines, add embellishments, spray finish, etc. Before you leave, we take group pictures and the kids leave with a beautiful party favor. We even clean up the mess for you! Trust us, you'll love us for that!
PLEASE NOTE: We will have one to two Birthday Artists at your event. 20% party gratuity will be billed at the time of invoice. Additional TIPS are never expected but always appreciated. If your party hostess(es) do a great job you can also tip them in cash the day of the event or send your tip to our PayPal at twosistersdiyllc@gmail.com (please include your hostess name or party).
